[bangkok post] The Supreme Administrative Court is to rule at 9am on Thursday, Sept 23, on an appeal by the National Telecommunications Communications (NTC) against the Central Administrative Court's injunction against the 3G auction.
The injunction was ordered by the Central Administrative Court at the request of CAT Telecom.
The Supreme Administrative Court on Monday accepted the NTC appeal for consideration and CAT Telecom will be told to submit its defence against the NTC's appeal by Sept 22.
The ruling on the appeal will be made on Thursday.
