President Arroyo has directed the National Telecommunications Commission and the Commission on Information and Communications Technology (CICT) to look into and act on cellular phone complaints.
The President signed Administrative Order No. 266, which took effect on June 11, to look after those telecommunications companies who committed irregularities.
“The NTC and CICT are hereby instructed to act on cellular phone complaints from dropped calls to disappearing loads,” the administrative order said.
