This report shows the prices as of 1st August each year from 1998 to 2004 and as of 1st
September from 2005 onwards. The prices are in most cases taken from the Teligen /
OECD basket spreadsheets, as presented in the Teligen T-Basket product, and from
the Teligen T-World tariff database. Teligen has collected tariff data from primary
sources, i.e. directly from the telecoms operators, their websites and pricelists. Data
were validated by the NRAs so as to reinforce the reliability of the information.
