SFR completes acquisition of Neuf Cegetel stock
French antitrust authorities have approved SFR's acquisition of a 28.45 per cent stake in alternative telco Neuf Cegetel.
SFR has acquired all the shares previously owned by the Louis Dreyfus group, an investment firm, at a price of €34.50 per share.
With this acquisition, SFR now holds 68.13 per cent of the capital of Neuf Cegetel.
