France taken no decision yet on 4th 3G licence
France's finance ministry has not yet taken any decision on whether to issue a fourth third-generation mobile telephone licence, the ministry said on Friday.
Shares in Bouygues posted the biggest increase on the leading French index .FCHI on Friday, rising 3.9 percent, with other telecoms companies following suit after market talk that France planned to abandon a fourth licence.
"No decision has been taken. All options are open. Decisions will be made transparently," the ministry said.
