Netherlands: Consumentenbond complains of differences between advertised speeds and delivery of only 15% of those speeds

[trading markets] The Dutch consumer organisation Consumentenbond has noted that there are big differences between advertised data speed and speed in practice. Debitel and Vodafone NL attain an average of only 15 percet of their promised maximum speed. Telfort. Consumentenbond tested the speed of the Debitel, Telfort, T-Mobile and Vodafone networks using the same phone model. T-Mobile's iPhone came out on top.
