[ft] Turkey's government may launch a second public offering this year to sell part of its remaining 30 per cent stake in Turk Telekom, the dominant fixed line operator, Binali Yildirim, communications minister, said yesterday.
The listing in May 2008 of a 15 per cent stake in Turk Telekom, which is controlled by Dubai-based Oger Telecom, was the last big flotation before Turkish markets succumbed to the global crisis.
